What is the return policy?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom or 1of1 pieces are non-returnable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All 1of1 and custom-made pieces are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Standard collection items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. Preorder items may take up to 3–4 weeks to produce and ship — every piece is made with care and time.
Where are your products manufactured?
All pieces are designed and handmade in Poland, using locally sourced materials and custom finishes.
