Custom or 1of1 pieces are non-returnable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All 1of1 and custom-made pieces are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Standard collection items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
Preorder items may take up to 3–4 weeks to produce and ship — every piece is made with care and time.
Where are your products manufactured?
All pieces are designed and handmade in Poland, using locally sourced materials and custom finishes.
