1. General Information

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include original packaging, labels, and tags.

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 1of1 pieces (unique, handmade items)

  • Custom-made or altered products

  • Gift cards

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Preorder Items

Preorder pieces are made-to-order and non-refundable once production begins.
If you wish to cancel a preorder, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Please include photos and order details — we’ll review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
