All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During drops or product launches, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.

2. Preorders

Preorder items are made to order.
Production and shipping may take up to 3–4 weeks.
You’ll receive an update once your item is ready to ship.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery time depends on your region and selected courier.
We currently ship from Poland to selected countries worldwide.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

ANHEDONYA is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier issues or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly.
